The Heating division specialises in a wide variety of services that cover domestic gas central heating, boiler changes, appliance servicing and other associated heating works.	The Electrical division is the newest member of the 1st Saxon Property Services Group. Having been formed in September 2000 we have grown into a well established NICEIC Approved Contractor and are UKAS accredited.	Since the energy crisis in the 70's this division has gone from strength to strength, recognising the government's policy to reduce the CO²emissions by up to 20% and endeavouring to expand our insulation service to address these concerns.	We are one of the largest WHS Halo System 10 fabricators and installers in the UK and our main activities are within the Social Housing Sector, offering a comprehensive package.
